Hotel Reservation
All educational events will take place at the Wyndham Montreal. Reservations received after May 23, 2003 will be accepted on a space and cost availability basis only. AWSCPA's preferred rate is $205.00 Canadian (~$137.00 US) per room for single, and $215.00 Canadian (~$144.00 US) for double occupancy plus applicable taxes (currently at 14.5%). 1. Complete the form fields below. A confirmation will be sent to you directly from the Association within three weeks after receipt of this form. 2. Indicate your choice of accommodations. All changes should be made directly with the American Woman's Society of CPAs office. 3. Use a credit card number for guarantee purposes to the AWSCPA National Office. Deposit checks should be made payable to the Wyndham Montreal. One night's accommodations will be charged as a deposit. Deposits are refundable if AWSCPA is notified of any cancellations at least 96 hours in advance of arrival date.
