Reservations

All reservations should be made directly with The Fairmont Dallas’ Reservations Department at (214) 720-5290 or The Fairmont’s Global Reservations Center at (800) 441-1414 to ensure availability and rate. Callers should identify themselves as being with the Joint National Conference (JNC) for ease of booking. The group’s room block will be released on September 25, 2008. All reservations received after this date will be reserved on a space available basis.

The JNC’s preferred room rate is $169.00 per room per night plus tax (currently 15%) for single/double occupancy. The group rate has been extended, based on availability three days pre and three days post the event for those wishing to spend a few days in the Dallas area.

Roommates

Contact AWSCPA headquarters at (800) 297-2721 to inquire about sharing a room with another meeting attendee. A file will be kept of those who request roommates and you will be given those names and numbers upon request. It is up to you to actually make contact and set up rooming arrangements.
