Most regular meetings are held at the Sheraton Brookhollow Hotel, 3000 N. Loop West, Houston, TX 77092.
Registration, Networking – 5:30 pm
Dinner – 6:00 pm
Speaker – 7:00 pm
Open Board Meeting – after Speaker presentation (on select nights, see above)

Sheraton meeting reservations must be made or canceled by 5:00 pm on the Friday prior to the meeting. Cost for most Sheraton meetings:
- Members with reservation $30
- Non-members with reservation $35 (Students $20)
- Walk-ins is $40 (no reservation or reservation called in after 5:00 pm on Friday prior to the meeting)
