Welcome to the membership application area of our Web site. By now you may have visited areas such as About AWSCPA, Find Nearest Affiliate, and Scholarships and Awards, and learned more about our organization. By joining AWSCPA you can enjoy all of the benefits of membership, including:

  • Access to the "Members Only" area of the Web site (including the online membership directory and peer support network, issues papers online, two e-mail discussion groups, the Speakers Bureau, and the AWSCPA marketplace.
  • Quarterly newsletter.
  • Discounted rates for the Annual Leadership Conference.
  • Annual Membership Directory.
  • Copies of issues papers as they are published.
  • Dividend Club Discounts.

Now that you are ready to reap the rewards of these benefits, the last step is to complete the membership application. The application and instructions are provided below. If, at any time, you have questions regarding the instructions or the application, please call 1-800-AWSCPA-1, or e-mail AWSCPA with your questions.

Submitting Application Options:
Two options are available for submitting this application.

  1. Complete and submit online. A 'submit' button is located at the end of the application.

  2. Complete the form, print and send via US Mail. The address is listed below under Payment Methods: Check.

Payment Methods
Two methods of payment are available:

  1. Check
    After submitting your membership application, forward a check (made payable to AWSCPA) to

    The amount remitted should match the 'TOTAL REMITTED' line on the application.
  2. Credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or American Express)
    The four means of providing credit card information are:

    1. On-line when submitting the membership application.
    2. By telephone at 800.AWSCPA1
    3. Fax (937.222.5794)
    4. Mail (Same address as for checks.)

    The following information is required with credit card use:

    1. Credit card number
    2. Expiration date
    3. Signature (if mailing or faxing)

    This information will be requested when using the 1-800 option. Please provide the above information if faxing or mailing.

Gaining Access to Members Only Area
Access to the 'Members Only Area' will be established after payment is received and processed by the National office. Notification will be via an e-mail providing the necessary information to gain access to the 'Members Only Area'. To speed up the process of gaining this access, call 1-800-AWSCPA-1 to provide credit card information. Once the national office receives payment information, it may take up to 3-5 business days to process the payment and e-mail notification of membership.
